BPL Mobile

I am writing to you for the umpteenth time in the past few months (you see, I LOVE BPL Mobile so much, that I cannot get enough of the little communication that I constantly have with BPL Mobile).
During the past 10 days I was out of Mumbai city, for holidays. I lived in 2 states and traveled across 4 states in India. I can not start to tell you about the AMAZING service that BPL Mobile, provided to me while I was traveling.
I stayed in Kashmir in a high security zone. While I was there I was provided with amazing service and CONSTANT network by BPL Mobile, (to be precise I shall mention the dates here- 26th December 2008 to 31st December 2008). NOTonce did my phone show ‘no network’. I was, very efficiently, able to use the phone at all times of the day and the night. I MADE many important outgoing calls and received many critical important calls while I was living in Kashmir( since, as I mentioned earlier, BPL Mobile is just SO GOOD with their network and supreme on the technology they use). Not once did I feel unsafe due to my inability to use my cell phone (since I was always able to use my cell phone).
I did not, at all feel the need to buy to local SIM cards of other service providers, neither in Kashmir nor in Delhi. I guess this is because BPL Mobile HAS revolutionized the mobile communications industry in India with its state of the art technology (remarkably wonderful network), which includes the unique network design (I was able to use the services across many states, as I mentioned earlier).
I suppose BPL Mobile’s this achievement is a result of BPL Mobile's philosophy to GIVE the consumer a truly world class experience( I am sure NO other service provider in the entire world can match up to BPL Mobile’s such HIGH standards) through technology (BPL Mobile provides with you with constant network anywhere across the country and also everywhere across the Mumbai city)(also, BPL Mobile NEVER sends you incorrect bills, BPL Mobile NEVER over charges you due to technical faults) services( such DEDICATED customer service executives***- they NEVER MAKE ANY FALSE promises, they NEVER PUT YOU ON LONG HOLDS, they NEVER DISCONEECT the call if they can not solve a particular problem) and a network that gives Superior Coverage and Amazing Clarity(you never ever come across cross connections, you never have to say ‘I-can not-hear-a-word-of-what-you-are-saying’ while on a call via BPL Mobile.
Being in the service industry (mark the words here- BPL Mobile is NOT in the service industry of torturing people and giving people un due tension and trouble) and customer centricity being at the core(the thing to be noted here is that the customer sure is at the center. But at center of what? - is the question. I am assuming BPL Mobile keeps the customer at the center and then BPL Mobile plans all the strategies to trouble the customer in every possible way it can, around the customer.
If BPL Mobile wishes to label itself "Best in the Business", they sure should label itself that. The only point of contention here is best in which business. Business of – providing absolutely no network to its customers, ensuring incorrect billing, disconnecting the phone line of a customer many many times, constantly making false promises, ensuring problems do not get resolved quickly and efficiently and permanently.

Clearly, I have no work in life. I have more than enough time to be making these calls. It seems to come across that I enjoy calling up BPL Mobile for no reason what so ever (you see, I face no problem, I just call and we chat about the weather and politics and recent news). My time is not at all precious. The only thing I have left in life is to call BPL Mobile.
